Then:

• Understand your ecosystem in terms of A, B, C types of activities
• If there isn't a B, create the B
• if there isn't a C, create the C
• Join the network of C communities (the NIC of NICs) - the Program For The Future!
• Share lessons learned about best practices through your C community
